This jersey and helmet were worn by New York Yankees Outfielder Brett Gardner on August 11th, 2013. Gardner hit a walk-off home run after he crushed a 94 MPH fastball deep into the right field seats to end the game. On the front left tail is a “STEINER” hologram serial number “202860” Adjacent above is a “MLB” hologram with serial number “EK689896”. On the left inseam is the “100% POLYESTER” tag with wash instructions. On the left chest is the Yankees interlocking “NY” logo embroidered in navy blue tackle twill. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered in navy blue, silver and white. Across the back is the player number “11” in navy blue tackle twill. A “PSA/DNA” sticker serial number is on the first “1” with the serial number “W44854”. Adjacent below is a JSA sticker serial number that reads “K03407”. Gardner has signed the first “1” on the back of the jersey in silver marker, in our opinion the signature rates as a 7. This jersey is sans the custom Majestic manufacturer’s tag on the front left tail. On the back of the helmet is a “STEINER” hologram serial number “194087” a “MLB” hologram with serial number “EK689655” and a “PSA/DNA” sticker serial number that reads “W44846”. Below these is an official MLB logo in navy blue and silver and the number “11” in silver. The inside of the helmet has two tags that read “AUTHENTIC ON FIELD EQUIPTMENT” and “RAWLINGS” as well as the size “7 ¼”. There is a warning label inside the helmet. There is also a “JSA” sticker serial number that reads “K03391”. Gardner has signed the front of the helmet next to his number “11” and in our opinion rates as a 9 This jersey and helmet are properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
