This jersey was worn by Aroldis Chapman in a Spring Training game on March 11th, 2016. On the front left tail is the “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with a “STEINER” hologram serial number “235711”, a “MLB” hologram serial number “JB804197” and reads size “46”. On the left inseam is the “100% POLYESTER” tag with wash instructions. On the left chest is the Yankees interlocking “NY” logo sewn on in white. On the left sleeve is a black patch with the number “8” in silver. On the right sleeve is the official Spring Training patch that reads “2016” and “FL”. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo in navy blue, white and silver. Across the back is the player number “54” done in Spring Training tackle twill with a “JSA” sticker serial number “P55968”. Chapman has signed the back of the jersey on the “4” in black marker, in our opinion the signature rates a 9. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as Spring Training game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA and an additional LOA from Yankees-Steiner.
