On the inside collar is a “Horace Partridge Athletic Goods” manufacturer’s tag size “44”. Below on a strip tag reads “Torgeson” in red chain stitching. On the bottom right tail is a tag that reads “‘49” also done in red chain stitching. On the left sleeve is a team patch of the iconic Chief Noc-A-Homa done in felt. Across the chest reads, “Braves” with the team’s Tomahawk logo below in black on yellow felt. Across the back the player number “9” appears. “Braves” and “9” are both done in the same red on black felt lettering sewn directly onto the grey flannel jersey. The zipper down the center of the jersey is functional. On the pants’ inside right waistband is a “Horace Partridge Athletic Goods” manufacturer’s tag size “36”. Adjacent is a strip tag that reads “49” in red chain stitching. There is noticeable wear and dirt staining throughout the uniform. The uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use.
