Houston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve wore this jersey on May 24th, 2014 in a 9-4 victory over the Seattle Mariners. Altuve went 2-4 with an RBI and two runs scored in the contest. On the front left tail is the Majestic manufacturer's tag with a MLB hologram serial number “HZ168094”. Attached is a hanging flag tag with size “44”. Below is another Majestic tag reading “44 S2 1979” representing jersey size, set 2, and the year. On the left inseam is a “100% POLYESTER” tag with washing instructions. Across the chest reads, “ASTROS” in navy blue tackle twill. Below is a navy blue star in red tackle twill. On the back below the collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered in navy blue, white, and orange. Across the back on a white nameplate reads, “ALTUVE” in navy blue tackle twill. Below is player number “27” done in navy blue on white tackle twill. On the rear waistband of the pants is a Majestic manufacturer’s tag that reads, “27 ALTUVE” and “34-38 13 1979 S1”. On the tag is a MLB hologram serial number “HZ168152” On the front inside of the waistband is a “100% POLYESTER” tag with washing instructions. On the front right leg is player number “27” in navy blue tackle twill. On the top of the back left leg below the waistband is the official Majestic logo embroidered. The pants show considerable use on both the front and back. On the back inside of the cap is the New Era manufacturer’s tag size “7 ¼”. On the front inside of the hat written in black marker is player number “27”. Under the bill of the hat is a MLB hologram serial number “HZ168092”. The hat is done in all orange with the Astros “H” logo on the front embroidered with a navy blue star trim. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
