Pete Rose is the MLB all-time leader in hits with 4,256. Rose won three World Series and took home World Series MVP honors one time. A three-time regular season National League MVP, Rose was named to the MLB’s All-Century Team and was a three-time NL batting champion. On the front left tail is a “Wilson” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Below is a white strip tag with, “79 1” embroidered on it in navy blue chain-stitching. Inside on the rear collar fold is a white strip tag with the player name, “Rose” embroidered on it in navy blue chain-stitching. On the left chest is the team’s “P” logo, the player number “14” appears on the right chest and on the back and across the back reads the player name, “ROSE” on a white nameplate. All numbering and lettering is done in burgundy tackle twill. Rose signed the team’s “P” logo in pen with the added inscription, “To Dave, My good wishes” and in our opinion rates a 5 overall. The zipper is intact and there is staining on the neck collar and right sleeve. On the inside waistband adjacent to the button and zipper path is a “Wilson” size “32” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached below is a flag tag that reads, “32 1-2 INS”. Adjacent is a white strip tag with, “Rose 79 2 25” embroidered on it in navy blue chain-stitching. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and a letter from PM&G.
