Mike Piazza was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2016. One of the best hitting catchers in MLB history, Piazza is a 12-time All-Star, a 10-time Silver Slugger Award winner and has a record 396 home runs at the position. Piazza: Manuf: Asics/Rawlings, Model Number: Professional, Length: 34.5 in., Weight: 33.1 oz., Wood: Ash with a standard finish, Labeling Period: 1995, Condition: Uncracked and exhibits evidence of excellent use. Several ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the front and left barrel. Ball marks include black ink transfers. Green bat rack streaks can be seen on the back barrel. Also visible on the bat are streaks from contact with other bats and there is a light coat of pine tar on the handle. Piazza’s No. 31 appears on the knob and top barrel in black pen. PSA/DNA sticker, “1B07201”. Piazza signed the barrel in black pen and in our opinion, rates a 7-8 overall. This bat was presented to us as game-used and is accompanied by an LOA from JSA and PSA/DNA.
