The 1932 New York Yankees finished the regular season 107-47 and went on the win the World Series. They are still the only team to never be shutout in an entire season. On June 3rd of this season, Lou Gehrig became the first player of the 20th century to hit four home runs in one game. “Spalding” manufactured Babe Ruth Home Run Special baseball with 22 signatures highlighted by HOFers Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Joe Sewell, Herb Pennock, Bill Dickey, Tony Lazzeri, Earle Combs and Lefty Gomez. Also included are Myril Hoag x2 (west panel authentic/north panel CH), Lyn Larry, George Pipgras, Hank Johnson, Samuel Byrd, Gordon Rhodes, Ben Chapman, Johnny Allen and others. The signatures are done in blue and black pen and in our opinion rate a 2-7 overall with the Ruth and Gehrig being particularly strong. The baseball is in VG condition. Accompanied by a full LOA from JSA.
