Derrick Brooks was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2014, is a Super Bowl champion and was named to the NFL 2000s All-Decade Team. Brooks has his No. 55 retired by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers franchise and won the NFL Defensive Player of the Year award in 2002. On the inside below the rear collar is a strip tag with, “02-42” printed on it. On the v-neck is the official “NFL EQUIPMENT” shield logo embroidered. Below reads, “BUCCANEERS” in black on white stitching. The player number “55” appears on the front, on the back and on each shoulder in red on orange on black triple tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “BROOKS” in red tackle twill on a white nameplate. Below the player number on each shoulder is a Reebok logo embroidered and a team logo patch embroidered. There are repairs below each player number on the shoulder. The tail has been custom cut and hemmed with the addition of the new fabric having the manufacturer's tag on the rear tail custom size "38" written in black marker. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows oustanding use.
