On the front left tail is a “Mitchell & Ness” NFL “THROWBACKS” manufacturer’s tag. Below is a white felt strip tag with “JOHNNY UNITAS BALTIMORE COLTS 1970” embroidered on it in black stitching. On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions. A “Mitchell & Ness” tag is inside below the rear collar with a size “54” flag tag attached. The player number “19” appears on the front, on the back and on each shoulder. Across the back reads the player name “UNITAS” on a white nameplate. All numbering and lettering are done in blue tackle twill. On the back player numbers, six players signed in silver pen and in our opinion rates a 9 overall. The players include: Jim Parker, Raymond Berry, Lenny Moore, John Mackey, Art Donovan and Gino Marchetti. The player number “14” appears on the front, on the back and on each shoulder. Across the back reads the player name TITTLE” on a blue nameplate. All numbering and lettering are done in white tackle twill. Tittle signed on the back player number “4” in black pen with the inscription, “H.O.F. 71” and in our opinion rates an 8 overall. On the same number is Global Authentics sticker “GP127194”.
