On the front left tail is a Nike size “60” manufacturer’s tag with a “LENGTH + 4” flag tag attached below. On the left seam is a Nike ‘DRI FIT” tag. On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions and a Nike “2003-04” year tag. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “LAKERS”, the player number “34” appears on both the front and on the back and across the back reads the player name “O’ NEAL”. All numbering and lettering are done in purple on gold-colored tackle twill sewn directly onto the white jersey. O’Neal signed between the back player numbers in black pen and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. Inside on the rear waistline is a Nike size “54” manufacturer’s tag with the player number “34” written on it in black pen. Attached is a Nike “DRI FIT” tag, a materials tag with washing instructions and a Nike “2002-03” year tag. On each side of the shorts is the team’s “L” logo patch done in gold-colored stitching on purple and white tackle twill. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a full JSA LOA and an LOA from D.C. Sports.
