On the front left tail is a Nike size “4XL” manufacturer’s tag with the player number “34” written on it in pen. Attached is a flag tag that reads, “LENGTH + 2”. On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions. Inside below the rear collar is a Nike size “4XL” tag. On the left chest is a “LOS ANGELES LAKERS” team logo patch embroidered in purple, black, white and gold-colored stitching on white tackle twill. On the right chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered and below is a gold-colored Nike logo embroidered. Below the Nike logo, O’Neal signed the shooting shirt in silver pen and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. Adjacent to the NBA logo is NBA hologram sticker “LL000290”. This shirt is properly tagged, was presented to us as player-worn and in our opinion shows appropriate wear. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
