On the front left tail is a “reebok” manufacturer’s tag with a size “50” flag tag attached. On the right inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions. Inside below the rear collar is a strip tag that reads, “05-50”. On the v-neck is an official “NFL EQUIPMENT” shield logo embroidered. The player number “54” appears on the front, on the back and on both sleeves. Across the back reads the player name “URLACHER” on a navy blue mesh nameplate. All numbering and lettering are done in white on orange tackle twill. Above each player number on the sleeve is a Reebok logo embroidered in white stitching. Below the player number on the left sleeve is “GSH” painted in white and orange. Urlacher signed on the back player number “4” in black pen and in our opinion, rates an 8 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows light use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
