A two-time Defensive Player of the Year award winner, Lewis was named to the NFL 2000s All-Decade Team and is the Baltimore Ravens all-time leader in tackles. Riddell manufactured VSR-4 model helmet. Schutt manufactured facemask with a “3 99” clip and a “4 01” clip. On the back of the helmet a black No. 19 memorial decal for Johnny Unitas, player number “5” and “2” decals, an American flag decal and the official “NFL” shield logo decal. On each side of the helmet is the a team logo decal. This helmet is properly tagged, were presented as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
