One of the best offensive lineman to play football, John Hannah was the NFLPA Offensive Lineman of the Year four times, was named to the NFL’s 75th Anniversary All-Time Team and the 1980s and 1970s All-Decade Teams. Hannah’s No. 73 is retired by the New England Patriots and he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1991. On the front left tail is a “Russell Athletic” size “52” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. The player number “73” appears on the front, on the back and on each sleeve painted in white with a blue-painted border. Across the back reads the player name “HANNAH” in white vinyl lettering on a red mesh nameplate. Hannah signed the jersey on the front and back player number “7” in pen with the added inscription, “HOF 91” and in our opinion, rates an 8 overall. There are repairs on the front player number “7”. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA, an additional LOA and a Sports Illustrated issue with Hannah on the cover.
