“Hammerin’ Hank” Aaron was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1982 on the first ballot. One of the best power hitters to ever suit up, Aaron held most career power hitting records at the time of his retirement. He is still second all-time in home runs and holds records for the most RBIs, extra base hits and total bases. Aaron was named to the MLB All-Century Team and has his No. 44 retired by both the Atlanta Braves and Milwaukee Brewers. Manuf: Adirondack, Model Number: 63A (engraved on knob), Length: 35 in., Weight: 33.4 oz., Wood: Ash, Labeling Period: 1975-76, Condition: Uncracked with original finish. Finish was removed on right barrel for autograph. Ball/hit marks are present on the left, front and back barrel. Player number “44” appears in black on the knob and barrel end. The bat exhibits evidence of light to medium game-use. Aaron signed on the right barrel with the added inscription, “Best Wishes” and in our opinion rates a 6 overall. On the barrel end is PSA/DNA sticker “1B11594”. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA and from PSA/DNA.
