Inside below the rear collar is a “Rawlings” size “40” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag that reads, “SET 1 1983” and below is a strip tag with “1831” embroidered on it. Across the chest reads, “Mets”, the player number “1” appears on both the front and on the back and across the back reads the player name “WILSON” on a white nameplate. The nameplate has been restored. All numbering and lettering are done in blue on orange tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use.
