Steve Carlton was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1994 on the first ballot. The two-time World Series champion won four National League Cy Young Awards, earned the pitching Triple Crown in 1972 and was a 10-time All-Star. Carlton’s No. 32 is retired by the Philadelphia Phillies franchise. Rawlings manufactured XFGL 12 ½” top grade tan leather glove. Basket web. The oiled pocket is well broken in with evident wear on the face of the basket web and web crotch. The finger tips and welting on the back of the fingers display appropriate wear. The player number “32” appears adjacent to each Rawlings logo on the outside of the globe. “CARLTON” is written on the back of the pinky in black marker. Carlton signed the face of the pinky finger in black pen and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. This glove is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an Esken LOA.
