On the front left tail is a “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” size “48” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag that reads, “100% POLYESTER”. Across the chest reads, “ASTROS” in black on white on black triple tackle twill. On the back is the player number “18” and across the back reads the player name “ALOU” on a white nameplate. These are done in black on white on tan triple tackle twill. Alou signed on the player number “1” in silver pen with the added inscription, “To: Bob Best Wishes!” and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. On the right sleeve is a Russell Athletic logo embroidered in black stitching. On the inside of the rear waistline on the pants is a “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” size “34” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag that reads, “100% POLYESTER H-CUT 1” WAIST” and a strip tag that has “ALOU 33-36-34-98” printed on it. Above the back left pocket is a Russell Athletic logo embroidered in black stitching. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use.
