In the discussion for one of the greatest players in Minnesota Twins franchise history, Kirby Puckett is a two-time World Series champion, owns the franchise records for hits, runs, doubles and total bases and had his No. 34 retired. A 10-time All-Star, Puckett was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2001 in the first ballot. On the front left tail is a “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” size “48” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached below is a “100% POLYESTER” flag tag. On the inside of the jersey below the rear collar is a strip tag with “92 - 2” on it. Across the chest reads “Twins” and the player number “34” appears on both the front and on the back. All numbering and lettering are done in red on navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the white pinstriped jersey. The stitching on the front and back numbers do not match the factory application of the Twins and could've been done locally by the team. It might have been an extra. On the left sleeve is the “TC” team logo embroidered in navy blue and red stitching on white tackle twill. On the right sleeve is a Russell Athletic logo embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
