Ken Griffey Jr. was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2016 and received 99.32% of the vote, breaking Tom Seaver’s previous record of 98.84%. On the front left tail is a “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with a size “48” flag tag attached. On the left inseam is a size “XL” materials tag with washing instructions. Across the chest reads, “MARINERS” in metallic silver on navy blue on teal triple tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name “GRIFFEY” on a navy blue mesh nameplate and below is the player number “24”. These are both done in metallic silver on teal tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a “SEATTLE MARINERS” team logo disc patch and on the right sleeve is a “Majestic” logo embroidered. Griffey Jr. signed the jersey on the player number “4” in blue pen and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. These mesh jerseys were worn in batting practice throughout the season, in addition to a few select games during the hot summer months. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
