On the front left tail is the “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag with “SIZE 50” and wash instructions. Adjacent above is another “Sand-Knit” tag reading “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the New York Jets”. Across the front and on back is the player number “12”. Across the back is the player name “NAMATH” on a white nameplate. All are done in the same green tackle twill. On each sleeve is the player number “12” in white tackle twill.
