On the front left tail is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with size “XL” and wash instructions. On the left inseam are two tags, one reading “100% NYLON” and the other reading “MADE IN USA”. Across the front and on back is the player number “28”. On each sleeve is the official NFC “N” logo. Across the back is the player name “FAULK”. All lettering and numbering is done in the same blue screenprint. On the bottom of each sleeve is the Champion “C” logo embroidered in navy blue and white. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion shows little wear.
