This puck was used during Game 1 of the First Round in the Eastern Conference playoffs where the New Rangers defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 2-1. The top of the puck reads “NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE - OFFICIAL GAME PUCK” along with the “NEW YORK RANGERS” logo in red, white and blue. The bottom of the puck reads “RONDELLE DE MATCH OFFICIELLE - OFFICIAL GAME PUCK” along with the “STANLEY CUP PLAYOFFS 2015” logo in white and a “STEINER” hologram serial number “219302”. Around the edge of the puck is a piece of tape with “NYR v. PIT 4/16/15 - 7PM Game Used 2nd period” written in blue marker. The puck shows signs of game-use. Accompanied by a LOA from Steiner.
