This jersey was worn on September 29, 2006 by Atlanta Braves outfielder Andruw Jones in a 4-1 victory over the Houston Astros. Jones went 1-4 at the plate with an RBI. On the front left tail is the faint outline of where the “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag once was. Adjacent below is a white strip tag with “48 06 S2” embroidered in black. On the left inseam are two tags, one with “100% POLYESTER” and wash instructions and another reading “+1” SLV”. Across the front reads “Braves” in scarlet on navy blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the “40TH ANNIVERSARY IN ATLANTA” patch embroidered in navy blue, scarlet and gold on white tackle twill. Adjacent below is the Majestic “M” embroidered in navy blue. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered in navy blue, scarlet and white. Across the back is the player name “JONES” in navy blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. Adjacent below is the player number “25” in scarlet on navy blue tackle twill. On the “5” is a “MLB” hologram with serial number “BB119690”. Jones has signed the “5” on the back of the jersey in black marker, in our opinion the signature rates a near perfect 10. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA and an additional LOA from Andruw Jones.
