Below the inner rear collar is a white strip tag with the year “92” in black. Across the front reads “CLEVELAND” in navy blue on red tackle twill. Adjacent below is the player number “16” in red tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Cleveland “Indian” logo embroidered in navy blue, red and white. On the right sleeve is the Russell “R” embroidered in navy blue and red. Across the back is the player name “BROWN”. Adjacent below is the player number “16”. Both are done in the same navy blue on red tackle twill. Brown has signed the front of the jersey in black marker with the added inscription “#16”, in our opinion the signature rates a perfect 10. On the inner rear waistband is the “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” manufacturer’s tag with size “34”, wash instructions and flag tag “100% POLYESTER”. Adjacent to the right is a white strip tag reading “56-34-27-92” in black. Adjacent below is “161” written in black marker. Brown has signed the front of the pants in black marker with the added inscription “#16”, in our opinion the signature rates a perfect 10. The uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion shows wear. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
