On the front left tail is the “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and flag tag size “46” with “100% POLYESTER”. Adjacent below is a white strip tag reading “PEREZ-46-5” printed in black. Between the second and third buttons are two corresponding pieces of velcro. Across the front reads “ROCKIES” in black on silver sparkle on white tackle twill. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “5”. Across the back is the player name “PEREZ”. All are done in the same black on grey tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the “COLORADO ROCKIES” logo patch embroidered in silver sparkle, purple, black and white on white tackle twill. Adjacent below is the Russell “R” embroidered in purple. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered in purple, black and white. Perez has signed the “5” on the back of the jersey in silver marker with the added inscription “#5”, in our opinion the signature rates a strong 7. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
