Gwynn was one of Major League Baseball’s greatest hitters as he was a 15-time All-Star, 8-time NL Batting Champion and 7-time Silver Slugger. He was a first ballot Hall of Famer in 2007. On the inner rear sweatband is the “THE PRO SPORTS SPECIALISTS” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent to the right is another “SPORTS SPECIALISTS” tag with cap size “71/4“ and “100% WOOL”. Adjacent to the left is a tag reading “OFFICIAL LICENSEE MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL”. On the underside of the brim is the player number “19” written in black marker. On the front of the cap is the Padres interlocking “SD” logo embroidered in orange. The cap is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows use.
