Approximately 20” x 24” Ted Williams Museum rendering. At the top is a floor plan and below is a rendering of the outside of the building. The bottom of the rendering reads “The Ted Williams Retrospective Museum and Library”. On the bottom right-hand corner is “29/35” written in black marker. Hall of Famer Ted Williams has signed the middle of the rendering in black marker, in our opinion the signature rates a 7. Approximately 22” x 28” Lewis Watkins artist’s proof lithograph. The lithograph depicts Williams batting for the Minor League club San Diego Padres. Below the proof reads “San Diego Padres - Pacific Coast League - 1936”. Hall of Famer Ted Williams has signed the proof in black marker with the added inscription “America’s game Baseball”, in our opinion the signature rates a near perfect 10. The framed pieces are both in NM-MNT condition overall. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
