Approximately 13” x 16” framed black and white Roger Maris wire photo. Centered is a 7” x 9.5” black and white wire photo from October 1, 1961, depicting Maris hitting his record-breaking 61st home run. The photo has been signed by Maris in black marker with the added inscription “To Dale Best wishes always to a fellow North Dakotan”, in our opinion the signature rates a near perfect 10. The framed piece is in NM-MNT condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
