Mullin has signed the bottom right-hand corner of the photo in black with the added inscription “TO MY GREAT FRIEND JOE WILLIAMS”, in our opinion the signature rates a near perfect 10. The matted photo is in NM condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
