As a rookie, Kobe Bryant earned himself a reputation as a high-flyer and quickly became a fan favorite by winning the 1997 Slam Dunk Contest. Bryant led the Lakers to three consecutive NBA championships from 2000 to 2002. He was awarded the regular season’s MVP in 2008. After losing in the 2008 NBA Finals, Bryant led the Lakers to two consecutive championships in 2009 and 2010, earning the NBA Finals MVP Award on both occasions. He is the all-time leading scorer in Lakers franchise history. Since his second year in the league, Bryant has started in every NBA All-Star Game, with fourteen All-Star appearances, and won the All-Star Game MVP Award four times. In 2009, Sporting News named Bryant the top NBA player of the 2000’s. Below the inner rear collar is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with size “46”, wash instructions and a flag tag with additional wash instructions. Adjacent to the left is another “Champion” tag reading “DESIGNED & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR LOS ANGELES LAKERS” and “BODY LENGTH +4 - SLEEVE LENGTH 0”. On the left inseam are the “100% POLYESTER” and “1996-1997” tags. On the left chest is the “LAKERS” logo embroidered in purple, gold and black on white tackle twill. On the right chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. On the left sleeve is the Champion “C” embroidered in red, white and blue. On the right sleeve is the “NBA 50” patch embroidered in red, white, blue and gold on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “BRYANT” in gold on white tackle twill. The warm-up is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion shows wear.
