Clyde “The Glide” Drexler was a dominant force on the court playing in 10 NBA All-Star games over his 15-year career earning him a spot in the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2004. He was also inducted into the Hall of Fame again in 2010 for his role on the 1992 USA Men’s Olympic Basketball “Dream Team”. On the front left tail is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with size “44” and wash instructions. Adjacent to the left is another “Champion” tag reading “1992-93 Designed & Tailored Exclusively For PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS” and “BODY LENGTH +3”. On the left inseam is the “100% NYLON” tag. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. Across the front reads “BLAZERS”. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “22”. Across the back is the player name “DREXLER”. All lettering and numbering is done in the same white on red tackle twill. Drexler has signed the first “2” on the back of the jersey in black marker with the added inscriptions “The Glide” and “#22”, in our opinion the signature rates an almost perfect 10. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA and a Portland Trail Blazers mailing bag.
