On the front left tail is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with size “52” and wash instructions. Adjacent to the left is another tag reading “DESIGNED & TAILORED BY Champion EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE UTAH JAZZ 1997-98” and “BODY LENGTH +4”. On the left inseam is the “100% POLYESTER” and “4” EXTRA BODY LENGTH” tags. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. Across the front reads “JAZZ” in light blue on purple on white tackle twill. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “00” in purple on white on teal tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “OSTERTAG” in purple tackle twill. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use.
