“Rawlings” manufactured OML Selig baseball. The ball has been signed in black marker by the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Margaret Thatcher (ss). Thatcher was the longest-serving Prime Minister in the 20th Century and is the only woman to have held the office. In our opinion the signature rates a strong 7. The ball is in NM-MNT condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
