The jersey is sans manufacturing tagging. Below in the inner rear collar is the outline of where a strip tag once was. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” shield logo embroidered in red, white, blue and silver. On the left chest is the “Steelers” logo patch embroidered in black, silver, white, red, blue and gold. On the right chest is the official “SUPER BOWL XLIII” logo patch embroidered in navy blue, red, green and white. Across the front, on back and on each shoulder is the player number “86” in black tackle twill. On each sleeve is the Reebok logo embroidered in black and white. Across the back is the player name “WARD” in gold on black tackle twill on a white nameplate. Ward has signed the “6” on the back of the jersey in silver marker with the added inscriptions “86”, “2008” and “SBXLIII CHAMPS VS ARIZONA”, in our opinion the signature rates a 7. The jersey is sans manufacturing tagging, was presented to us as game-ready, shows little to no use and may very well have been a backup. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
