Notable signatures include Brian Piccolo, Chuck Noll, Jack Lambert, Dick “Night Train” Lane, Franco Harris, Lance Alworth, Paul Bryant, Paul Brown, Otto Graham, Frank Gifford, Bob Griese, Joe Greene, Tom Harmon, John Riggins, Woody Hayes (x2), Bobby Layne, Pete Rozelle, Lyle Alzado, Bubba Smith, Gale Sayers, Emmitt Smith, Hank Stram, Jim Tyrer, Fred Thurston, Jack Tatum, Jerry Smith, Jack Snow, Bo Schembechler, Pat Summerall, John McKay, Bobby Moore, Don Meredith, Dave Kopey, Sam Huff, Marshall Faulk, Ben Davidson, Billy Connor, Greg Cook and George Blanda. Offered here, as Lots #349 through #364, is the lifelong collection of autograph enthusiast Tim Gallagher. At a very young age, Tim and his friends started to write athletes with self addressed envelopes requesting their signatures. What started as a hobby, quickly tuned into an obsession. From 1968 to the present, Tim has amassed an incredibly unique and significant collection of athlete-direct autographs. We are pleased to present these to the collecting public for the first time.
