Approximately 12” x 15” framed Sports Illustrated cover print. The cover issue is from June 18, 1956 and features a close-up of Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle. The bottom of the cover reads “MICKEY MANTLE - THE YEAR OF THE SLUGGER”. Mantle has signed the cover in black marker, in our opinion the signature rates a near perfect ten. The framed piece is in NM-MNT condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
