Approximately 15” x 15” framed Babe Ruth photos and check. At the top are two black and white photos of “The Bambino”. Adjacent below is a check reading “BABE RUTH” and “CHEMICAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY”. The check is dated May 8, 1938, and is made payable to “ST. ALBANS GOLF CLUB” in the amount of $58.52. The bottom of the check has been signed by Ruth in black ink, in our opinion the signature rates a near perfect 10. The framed piece is in NM-MNT condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
