The signed items include photos, index cards, letters, and "Who's Who in Baseball" (from 1933) pages. Notable signatures include Bill Terry (x3), Carl Hubbell (x3), Lefty O'Doul (x2), Rube Marquard (x2), George Kelly, Dave Bancroft (x2), Frankie Frisch and Freddie Lindstrom (x2).
