“Rawlings” manufactured OAL Budig baseball. The ball has been signed by 18 members of the 1978 World Champion New York Yankees. Notable signatures include Hall of Famers Reggie Jackson with the added inscription “44” (1978 All-Star) and Goose Gossage (1978 All-Star, AL Saves Leader & AL Rolaids Relief Man of the Year). Additional signatures include: Ron Guidry (1978 All-Star, AL Cy Young & AL Wins and ERA Leader), Graig Nettles (1978 All-Star & Gold Glove), Rawly Eastwick, Sparky Lyle, Cliff Johnson, Fred Stanley, Jay Johnstone, Mickey Rivers, George Zeber, Jim Spencer and Don Gullett. Also featured on the ball are coaches Clyde King and Art Fowler. All signatures are done in the same blue ink and in our opinion rate a strong 8 overall. The ball is in NM-MNT condition with some light toning. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
