On the front left tail is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with size “42” and wash instructions. Adjacent below is a white strip tag with additional wash instructions and flag tag “SET 1 1966”. Across the front reads “PIRATES”. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “30” with the “0” being restored on both. All lettering and numbering is done in the same black on gold felt. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a Sports Illustrated magazine from April 17, 1967 which features Maury Wills on the cover and a KDKA radio Maury Wills sports card.
