On the inner front left tail of the jersey is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and flag tags size “46” and “SET 1 2000”. Across the front reads “Cardinals” in red, navy blue and yellow chain-stitch embroidery. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “66”. Across the back is the player name “ANKIEL” on a white nameplate. All are done in the same scarlet red on navy blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Rawlings “R” logo embroidered in red. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered in red, white and navy blue. Ankiel has signed the back of the jersey in black marker with the added inscription “66”, in our opinion the signature rates a 7. On the inner rear waistband is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent to the right is a white strip tag with “36-37 32 99 1” embroidered in black. Adjacent to the left is the player number “66” written in black marker. There is a large hole on the back of the right leg. The uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from the St. Louis Cardinals.
