This jersey was worn by New York Yankees catcher Brian McCann on May 4, 2014 during a game against the Tampa Bay Rays. On the front left tail is the “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with a “STEINER” hologram serial number “209928” and two flag tags reading size “48” and the year “2014”. Adjacent below is a “MLB” hologram with serial number “HZ114081”. On the left inseam is the “100% POLYESTER” tag with wash instructions. On the left chest is the Yankees interlocking “NY” logo. Across the back is the player number “34” with a “PSA/DNA” sticker serial number “Y59769”. All lettering and numbering is done in the same navy blue tackle twill. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered in navy blue, silver and white. McCann has signed the “4” on the back of the jersey in silver marker with the added inscription “Game Used”, in our opinion the signature rates a 6. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use specifically in the areas of his chest protector. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA, a Steiner LOA and a COA from PSA/DNA.
