On the front left tail is a “Wilson” sizes “46” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached below is a faded flag tag. Across the front reads “bullets” in blue tackle twill. Player number “43” appears on both the front and on the back in red on blue on white triple tackle twill. Across the back reads player name “RULAND” in white on a blue nameplate. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
