Inside on the sweatband is a “NEW ERA” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent is a size “7 ¼” tag that reads “THE “59/50” IS THE ONLY CAP WORN ON THE FIELD OF PLAY BY EVERY MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PLAYER”. On the underside of the brim, player number “12” is written in black marker. On the back is an official “MLB” logo embroidered. On the front is an embroidered “TB” Devil Rays logo. Boggs signed on the top of the brim in white pen with the added inscription “HOF 05” and in our opinion, rates a 5-6 overall. This cap is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
