Approximately 16” x 13” framed black and white photo of Bobby Thompson being mobbed at home plate after his famous home run to give the New York Giants the 1951 NL pennant. Below the photo is a plaque that reads “Shot Heard Round The World”. Thompson and Ralpha Branca, the pitcher who surrendered the home run, signed the photo in black pen. 24” x 30 ¼” framed lithograph of the home run being hit by Thompson done by Ralph Stephen Simons. The bottom left of the lithograph reads “138/1951”. Adjacent is signed by Thompson with the added inscription “Oct. 3, 1951”. Next to that reads “SHOT HEARD ‘ROUND THE WORLD”. In the bottom right corner is the signature of the artist, Simons. These are all written in pencil. In our opinion, all of the autographs rate an 8 overall. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
