This item had the honor of being displayed in the New York Football Giants Legacy Club. Roosevelt Brown was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1975. He won an NFL Championship in 1956. He was voted to the NFL’s 75th Anniversary All-Time Team, where he received this award. 6” x 7” piece with six silver football figures on it. This rests on a 8” x 8” x 4” octagon-shaped base. There are three square plaques on three of the sides. One reads, “One of all-time great NFL tackles, anchoring Giants’ OL in ‘50s-60s championship years. NFL Lineman of Year in ‘56. All-Pro eight times, in 10 Pro Bowls. Elected to Hall of Fame in 1975.” Adjacent is the “NFL 75” logo with “75th ANNIVERSARY ALL-TIME TEAM” below. Next to that is a plaque that reads “ROOSEVELT BROWN - NEW YORK GIANTS - Tackle - 1953-1965”. Trophy is in in NM condition and weighs 9.5 pounds.
