This item had the honor of being displayed in the New York Football Giants Legacy Club. After an All-American career at the University of North Carolina (UNC) (1978–1981), Taylor was drafted by the Giants as the second overall selection in the 1981 NFL Draft. Taylor played in 13 seasons in the NFL; he was a two-time Super Bowl Champion, a 10-time Pro Bowler and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1999. Diamond-shaped pin enameled in green, red and blue with a round-cut synthetic diamond in the center, reads “MEMBER ALL-TIME TEAM” in relief. Presented to Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor after being selected to the NFL’s All-Time Team as part of the league’s 75th Anniversary. Comes in the original wooden presentation box engraved with the “NFL 75” diamond logo, there is an engraved plaque on the inside that reads “PRESENTED TO LAWRENCE TAYLOR NFL ALL-TIME TEAM”.
