“Riddell” manufactured helmet. No size is indicated. Inside the right ear hole is a piece of tape that reads “VOLK 21” in black pen. Two-bar “Riddell” manufactured facemask. “NFL” shield logo on each side of helmet. The middle blue and white stripes are not attached towards back of helmet. It is presumed that Volk did not bring his helmet for the Pro Bowl game, and that an onhand Rams helmet was stripped and reissued for Volk to use, as was customarily done. This helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an equipment manager LOA.
