Charlie Ward won the 1993 Heisman Trophy as the quarterback at Florida State University, but entered the NBA draft after college and was drafted in the first round by the New York Knicks. On the front left tail is a “Champion” manufacturer’s tag that reads “DESIGNED & TAILORED 94-95 EXCLUSIVELY FOR NEW YORK KNICKS BODY LENGTH 0”. Adjacent is another “Champion” size “42” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. On the left inseam is a tag that reads “100% POLYESTER”. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the front reads “NEW YORK”. Player number “21” appears on both the front and on the back. These are done in the same orange on blue tackle twill. Across the back reads player name “WARD” in blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the jersey. Ward signed both the front and the back player number “2” in black pen with the added inscription, “God Loves U!” and in our opinion rates a 7. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
